Gold Prices Stable Across India's Major Cities Except Chennai
Gold prices in India remained relatively stable across most major bullion markets on Tuesday. However, Chennai stood out as an exception, recording a notable increase of ₹320 to ₹350 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold.
The gold rates in other major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow, remained largely unchanged. The prices ranged from ₹1,44,210 to ₹1,44,560 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold, while 22-carat gold was trading between ₹1,32,190 to ₹1,32,510 per 10 grams.
Silver prices also remained stable, with the metal continuing to trade at ₹2,34,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market. The flat trading trend across most markets suggests a lack of significant movement in gold prices on Tuesday.
