Gold prices in Bengaluru and Chennai surged on August 8, 2026. According to current rates, 10 grams of 22-carat gold costs Rs. 1,39,650 in Bengaluru, a hike of Rs. 1000 from the previous rate. The price for 24-carat gold is Rs. 1,52,350 with a rise of Rs. 1090.

In Chennai, the gold rate for 22-carat gold stands at Rs. 1,39,000 while 24-carat gold costs Rs. 1,51,640.

Silver rates in Bengaluru and Chennai are at Rs. 2,45,000 and Rs. 2,50,000 respectively per kilogram.
