Gold Rises Amid Lower Oil Prices and Weaker Dollar
Gold prices rose on Friday, September 18th, 2026, supported by lower oil prices and a weaker US dollar. Spot gold increased by 0.3% to $4,352.60 per ounce as of 00:50 GMT. This rise came despite a slight drop in US gold futures for December delivery, which fell by 0.2% to $4,391.60.
