Gold, Silver Prices Decline as 10 Grams Fall Below ₹1.55 Lakh
Gold and silver prices have declined this week according to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA). The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has fallen by ₹4,694 to ₹1.55 lakh.
This represents a decrease from last week's price of ₹1.60 lakh on August 28. Meanwhile, silver has also decreased in price, with one kilogram now selling at ₹2.35 lakh, down from ₹2.44 lakh per kg previously.
The decline in prices comes after gold reached an all-time high of ₹1.76 lakh and silver reached ₹3.86 lakh on January 29.
