Gold, Silver Prices Rebound After Months of Decline

Gold and silver prices have rebounded in India and internationally after months of decline. On August 17, gold was trading at $4,446.70 per ounce on Comex, up 0.21% from the previous day. Silver prices also rose by 0.94% to $65.720 per ounce.

In the domestic market, gold futures on MCX were up Rs 403 and trading at Rs 1,54,909 per 10 grams. The precious metal has remained above the Rs 1.54 lakh mark throughout the morning session.

Silver prices in India have also seen a significant increase, with MCX silver climbing by Rs 1,917 to reach Rs 2,37,841 per kilogram. Silver rates across major Indian cities vary slightly, but most are trading above Rs 250 per gram.
