Silver Prices Rebound Amid Year-Long Decline
Silver prices saw an uptick on August 17, rising by 1.17% to $65.46 per troy ounce from Friday's closing price of $64.70, according to FXStreet data.
This increase marks a single-day rebound after a year-long decline, with Silver prices having decreased by 7.91% since the beginning of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio, which gauges the number of ounces of Silver needed to equal the value of one ounce of Gold, stood at 67.11 on Monday, down from 67.65 on Friday.
