Gold, Silver Prices Rise as Weaker Dollar and Lower Oil Prices Boost Precious Metals
On July 27th, gold and silver futures rose as the US dollar weakened and crude oil prices eased.
Gold futures for August delivery on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) increased by 0.75% to Rs 1,44,173 per 10 grams, while silver futures for September delivery surged 1.22% to Rs 2,24,844.
The gains in precious metals were driven by a weaker US dollar and reduced inflation concerns following the suspension of hostilities between the United States and Iran, which led to lower crude oil prices.
