Gold, Silver Prices Surge Amid Market Volatility
International gold and silver prices rose on Wednesday, closing higher than their previous sessions.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold futures for December delivery increased by 0.49 percent to settle at $4,460.70 per ounce, while silver futures for December delivery jumped by 2.46 percent to close at $68.646 per ounce.
The price gains in both metals come as global investors continue to seek safe-haven assets amidst ongoing market volatility.
