Grounded and Grounded 2 Get Seasonal Recipes for Halloween

Obsidian Entertainment has announced October Treats, a seasonal recipe drop for both Grounded and its upcoming sequel, Grounded 2. The treats are now available in-game, with players able to purchase the Candy Corn Scarecrow recipe at the Science Shop in Grounded, or the Trick-O-Treatery recipe at their local Ranger Outpost in Grounded 2.

The recipes can be purchased this month, and once unlocked, they can be crafted year-round. This allows players to build their seasonal decorations without feeling rushed, as they don't have to do it before October ends.

Grounded has been a popular game since its release on Steam in 2022, with a Very Positive rating across 96,021 user reviews and an 83 Metacritic score on PC. The game is currently available for $19.99 on Steam, down 50% from its original price of $39.99.
