HD Hyundai Showcases Gas Carrier Innovations at Gastech 2026

HD Hyundai is set to showcase its gas carrier innovations at Gastech 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. The company will present its latest technologies in a joint booth with five affiliates: HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, HD Hyundai Samho, HD Hyundai Marine Solution, and HD Hyundai Electric.

The exhibition will feature various types of gas carriers, including liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, floating storage and regasification units, and liquefied carbon dioxide carriers. Roughly 1,000 companies and 50,000 visitors worldwide are anticipated for the thirty-seventh edition of Gastech.

During the exhibition, HD Hyundai will conduct 30 official events, including technology certifications and business agreements. Lloyds Register will carry out a drawing appraisal of an LNG carrier that secured approval in principle at the previous year's Gastech.
