Houthis Claim Missile Strikes on Riyadh, Aramco Facilities

Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthis claimed to have launched missile and drone strikes on sensitive sites in Saudi Arabia's capital, Riyadh, and oil facilities in Yanbu.

The group stated that the attacks targeted 'sensitive sites' in Riyadh and Aramco facilities in Yanbu, according to Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree.

Saree said the strikes were carried out in response to Saudi attempts to target Yemen's capital, Sanaa, amidst an ongoing conflict between the Houthis and the internationally recognized Yemeni government backed by Saudi Arabia.
