Houthis Fire Ballistic Missile at Riyadh as Iran Sends Conditions for War's End

Saudi Arabia has confirmed that Yemen's Houthi rebels attempted to attack its capital city of Riyadh with a ballistic missile, marking the first time the city has been targeted since the escalation in fighting. The Saudi government said the missile was intercepted, and there were no reports of casualties or damage.

The Houthis had claimed earlier that they targeted 'sensitive sites' in Riyadh and facilities belonging to Saudi oil giant Aramco in Yanbu, causing 'massive fires.' However, Aramco did not comment on the matter.

Meanwhile, Iran's Supreme National Security Council head Mohsen Rezaei said Tehran has sent its conditions for ending the war to the US via Qatar. The conditions include ending the conflict with Yemen and Saudi Arabia, releasing assets seized from Iran, and lifting a naval blockade of Iranian ports.
