Meanwhile, oil prices rose over 3% on Monday, with traders attributing the surge to concerns about global supply disruptions. The closure of Saudi Arabia's east-west pipeline, which was knocked out by an attack blamed on Iran-backed fighters in Iraq, is expected to cut off up to 4% of global oil supply unless it is reopened within days.
