Houthis Strike Saudi Oil Facilities Amid US-Iran Ceasefire
The Houthi rebels in Yemen have claimed responsibility for attacks on Saudi oil facilities, targeting crude oil supply and transport sites linking eastern Saudi Arabia to the Red Sea export hub of Yanbu.
According to Reuters, the group used drones to target these facilities, although they did not specify when the attacks took place.
This comes days after the Houthis threatened to target Saudi oil facilities and shipping in the Red Sea.
Saudi Arabia has responded with airstrikes on Houthi positions in Yemen, saying it was acting to protect shipping and key infrastructure.
