Saudi Arabia's oil exports are facing a new threat as the Houthis continue to make gains in Yemen, threatening to disrupt shipments through key waterways.

Satellite images have confirmed smoke near Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline, which has been used to reroute oil exports due to attacks on key waterways by Iran and the Houthi rebels.

The Houthis have also declared an embargo on Saudi oil in the Red Sea, targeting ships in the waterway and striking energy infrastructure. This move could further reduce oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz, already restricted by Iran.

According to Reuters, Pakistan has conveyed a warning from Saudi Arabia to Iran, urging Tehran to rein in the Houthi rebels and prevent the crisis from escalating further.
