India Gold Prices Surge as 24K Rate Jumps to Rs 1,44,600
The gold price in India has seen a slight increase over the last 24 hours. As of July 31, 2026, the rate for 24-carat gold (10 grams) is Rs 1,44,600, while 22-carat gold costs Rs 1,32,550 per 10 grams. The price hike is also reflected in the rates for 18-carat gold, which has risen to Rs 1,08,450.
The increase in gold prices is consistent across major cities in India, with Delhi recording a rate of Rs 1,44,750 for 24-carat gold and Mumbai at Rs 1,44,600. The silver price, on the other hand, has remained unchanged over the last 24 hours, holding steady at Rs 2,35,000 per kilogram.
