Indian Bullion Market Sees Correction as Gold and Silver Prices Dip
India's bullion market saw a correction on Monday, leading to a decline in gold and silver prices. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 24-carat gold fell by ₹671, bringing the cost of 10 grams down to ₹1.53 lakh.
Meanwhile, silver prices saw a sharper decline, falling by ₹2,346 to trade at ₹2.35 lakh per kilogram.
This comes despite the fact that precious metals have seen massive growth this year, with gold becoming more expensive by ₹20,000 since the start of 2026.
