Gold prices in India declined across most metro cities on September 29 compared to the previous day. The gold price for 1 gram of 22-carat gold in India was ₹13,741, down by ₹104 from yesterday's price. For 8 grams of 22-carat gold, the price was ₹1,09,928, down by ₹832.

The prices varied slightly across different cities, but all showed a decline compared to yesterday. In Delhi, the price for 1 gram of 22-carat gold was ₹13,765, down by ₹100, and ₹1,10,120 for 8 grams, down by ₹800. The prices in Mumbai were similar, at ₹13,715 for 1 gram of 22-carat gold, and ₹1,09,720 for 8 grams.

In contrast to the slight variations across cities, the price differences between 22-carat and 24-carat gold remained relatively consistent.
