Indian Gold Prices Hold Steady Amid Global Market Volatility
Gold prices in India experienced a minor correction on Tuesday, September 29, holding steady near lower monthly ranges. Market participants continue to monitor global trends and currency movements as domestic bullion demand stabilises.
The retail price for 24-karat gold (99.9 per cent purity) is recorded at approximately INR 15,016 per gram, translating to INR 1,50,160 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, 22-karat gold (91.6 per cent purity) is trading at INR 13,764 per gram, or INR 1,37,640 per 10 grams.
Market analysts note that bullion has experienced mild downward pressure over the course of September, dropping roughly 2.5% across the month from earlier highs.
