Indian Gold Prices Soar as Crude Oil Eases
Gold prices in India rebounded by Rs 1,200 to reach Rs 1.55 lakh per 10 grams on Wednesday, breaking a three-session losing streak.
This increase was due to bargain buying by traders and the easing of crude oil prices, which boosted sentiment towards bullion.
According to local traders, gold prices of 99.9% purity appreciated from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 1,54,400 per 10 grams to Rs 1,55,600 per 10 grams.
Silver also saw a significant surge, rising by Rs 7,400 to reach Rs 2.42 lakh per kilogram against the previous close of Rs 2,34,600 per kg.
