Iowa Speedway Awaits NASCAR Cup Series as Byron Looks to Repeat

The NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) is headed to Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa for the Iowa Corn 350 Powered by Ethanol on August 9 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

Last year's winner, William Byron, led 141 laps and implemented a fuel strategy to take home the win. He was followed closely by Chase Briscoe in second place and Brad Keselowski, who won the first two stages but finished third overall.

Blaney and Ryan Preece rounded out the top five finishers in last year's race.
