The South Pars Phase 14 refinery in Iran's Bushehr province has made significant progress in restoring its production capacity after an Israeli drone strike last year. According to Touraj Dehghani, managing director of Pars Oil and Gas Company, the company has returned three damaged production trains to operation within 10 days.

Dehghani stated that the restoration process began immediately after the June 14, 2025 attack and that four South Pars refineries were damaged during the latest conflict. He noted that the National Iranian Oil Company and Pars Oil and Gas Company are tasked with rebuilding the third and fifth refineries, which sustained heavier damage.

The company has made rapid progress in restoring capacity, with a 70% recovery rate achieved so far. Initial estimates suggested it would take at least three years to fully rebuild the facilities, but Dehghani stated that Iran is aiming to complete the reconstruction within two years.
