Iran Sees 3.5% Rise in Crude Oil Production
Trend News Agency reported on Monday that Iran's crude oil production has seen an increase of 3.5% compared to last year.
The data, which covers the period from January to June 2022, shows that Iranian oil output rose by 60,000 barrels per day (bpd) to around 1.72 million bpd.
No specific reasons were given for the increase in production, but it's likely that the higher output is a result of increased drilling activity and improved efficiency in extraction processes.
