Iran Sees Oil Revenues Soar Past $16 Billion Mark

Tehran has announced that its oil revenues have exceeded $16 billion in the first six months of the current year. The country's oil sales revenue surpassed $13 billion in the first five months, but rose by more than $3 billion in the sixth month, which ran from August 23 to September 22. According to Fars News Agency, these significant revenues have enabled the government to bolster livelihood support, including increasing the value of allocations for essential goods.
