Iran Vows No Surrender as Brent Crude Prices Soar on Tensions

Brent crude futures surged on Wednesday after Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian vowed not to surrender to the US, despite threats from President Donald Trump.

The Brent price rose by $3.83 or 3.86% to $103.08 a barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures gained $1.64 or 1.81% to trade at $92.16 per barrel.

Iran is reviewing the US response to its proposal to end hostilities, but many differences remain between the two countries.
