Iran Warns of Regional Consequences Over Oil Exports

Iran's parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, has warned that obstructing the country's energy exports will have regional consequences. In an online parliamentary session on Tuesday, he stated that if Iran cannot sell its oil, no one in the region will be able to do so, and if their security is not guaranteed, no infrastructure will be safe.

Ghalibaf cautioned Washington against 'miscalculations' and said the Iranian people must never be frightened by blockade and threats. He added that if the American enemy's decision-making machine fails to grasp this fundamental reality, it will remain trapped in a cycle of receiving heavy blows from the Iranian nation.

The IRGC spokesman, Hossein Mohebi, called US President Donald Trump 'a big liar' and said US forces must leave the Middle East. He also stated that Tehran is continuously producing new weapons, with plans to bring them into the field if confrontations take on a different shape.
