Iran's oil exports have been a topic of interest in recent times, and new information has emerged on the country's performance during the war with the United States and the subsequent ceasefire period.

According to Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad, Iran exported $18 billion worth of oil during this time. The minister broke down the figures, stating that the ministry sold $11.5 billion worth of oil during the war and another $6.5 billion during the ceasefire period.

Paknejad emphasized that despite the conflict, Iran was able to maintain its production levels and secure more than 60% of the oil revenues planned in the annual budget.

It's also worth noting that before the conflict began, Iran had accumulated about 100 million barrels of crude oil and gas condensate, which were later sold. The temporary reduction in risks for the movement of oil tankers allowed Iran to significantly increase its oil exports and bring a substantial part of these reserves to global markets.
