Iran's oil facilities damaged during the war are on track for restoration, according to Paknejad. The remaining capacity that was hit is expected to become available in the first half of the next Iranian year.

The reconstruction work at four gas refineries and liquid fuel storage and loading facilities in Tehran is progressing well. A large number of workers are involved in the effort, with progress rapid enough to be monitored on a weekly basis.
