Iran's Oil Facilities Rebuilding Progressing Well Amid Expectations for Capacity Recovery

Iran's Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad says the rebuilding process of damaged oil facilities is going well, with some capacity expected to come back online by March 2027.

The minister said that four gas refineries and liquid fuel storage and loading facilities in Tehran were severely damaged during a conflict. He emphasized that the executive mechanisms for rebuilding these facilities have been finalized.

Paknejad noted that a large number of workers are engaged in this effort, with progress being monitored on a weekly basis. According to his statement, it is expected that part of the lost capacity will become available by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 2027), and the rest in the first half of next year.
