Iraq, Saudi Arabia Seek Joint Cooperation on Energy Security
High-level talks between Iraq and Saudi Arabia aimed at bolstering energy security and economic integration concluded in Riyadh on Friday.
The meeting, attended by Iraqi Oil Minister Basim Khudair and Finance Minister Faleh al-Sari alongside their Saudi counterparts Abdulaziz bin Salman and Mohammed al-Jadaan, focused on potential joint cooperation in the electricity, energy, and gas sectors.
Discussions centered around increasing bilateral trade, stabilizing regional oil supply, and developing an integrated energy infrastructure.
