Jordan’s state grain buyer did not make any purchases in a recent international tender for 120,000 tons of milling wheat, which closed on October 6. Traders reported that CHS, Cargill, Buildcom, and Olam participated in the tender. The wheat was sought in two 60,000-ton consignments, with delivery scheduled for January, February 2027.
According to preliminary reports, Jordan may soon issue another tender for an additional 120,000 tons of wheat. This new tender is expected to close next week.
