Brent crude oil broke through $100 last week, with prices reaching as high as $107.6 on September 10.

In its equity strategy report released on September 14, JPMorgan recommended buying stocks on dips, citing the opportunity presented by this round of market pullback.

JPMorgan analyst Mislav Matejka noted that short-term oil price direction will dictate risk appetite, but volatility should not be extrapolated for too long.
