Kerala gold and silver prices stable on Monday

Gold prices in Kerala held steady on Monday, with no change from the previous day. The cost of one gram of 22-karat gold remained at Rs 13,675, while one sovereign (8 grams) was priced at Rs 1,09,400.

The stability in local gold prices reflects broader trends in the international market. Geopolitical tensions in West Asia and fluctuations in the US dollar continue to influence global gold demand. Recently, international gold prices peaked at $4,162 per ounce before settling at $4,137.

Silver prices in Kerala also saw no movement, with the metal trading at Rs 235 per gram. For larger quantities, 10 grams of silver cost Rs 2,350.
