CopAur Minerals' Kinsley gold project in Nevada has seen its net present value (NPV) triple to $122.7 million after applying current metal prices to its preliminary economic assessment (PEA).

The study, conducted by Stormlands Mining, used an applied gold price of $4,245.22 per ounce and increased the site's valuation from a previous estimated post-tax NPV of $35 million at a 5% discount rate.

Róisín O’Connell, CEO of Stormlands, noted that 'there is a broader opportunity at Kinsley' with substantial sulfide mineralization sitting outside the existing oxide restart plan. The current economic plan contains only around 22% of the project's reported gold resource.
