Kirkland Lake Discoveries Expands Mirado Gold Project in Ontario
Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. (KLDC:TSXV; KLKLF:OTC) is expanding its Mirado Gold Project in Ontario with new high-grade intercepts and regional targets, positioning investors for growth in the Abitibi belt amid supportive gold markets.
The company's recent drilling has expanded the South Zone footprint by roughly 130 meters northwest while confirming high-grade gold below the historical resource. In the North Zone, a 35-meter extension adds strike length with consistent gold values over meaningful widths.
Kirkland Lake Discoveries focuses on gold exploration within Ontario's Abitibi greenstone belt, one of the world's most productive mining districts. The company controls a large land package, including the historical Mirado deposit and surrounding regional targets, which allows for systematic testing of near-surface mineralization, deeper high-grade structures, and new zones outside the known footprint.
