Kraft Foods Group has been denied a motion to dismiss a US antitrust case brought by wheat futures traders accusing the company of manipulating the prices of wheat futures.

The case, which was filed in October 2026, alleges that Kraft had the ability to influence wheat futures prices and intentionally manipulated the market to its advantage.

District Judge John F. Kness denied Kraft's motion for judgment, stating that it is still unclear whether Kraft had the ability to influence prices and, if so, whether Kraft acted on that ability to manipulate the market.
