Krishnagiri Silver Price Falls to ₹2,43,900 per KG in August

The silver price in Krishnagiri has been fluctuating over the past few months. In August, the price reached as high as ₹2,53,000 per KG on August 2nd but dropped to ₹2,43,900 by August 4th. This is a decrease of ₹9,900 from the opening rate on August 1st.

Looking at the trend over the past few months, May was the only month where prices rose, with the highest rate being ₹3,33,100 on May 14th. However, in all other months, including June, July, and August so far, prices have been falling.

The price of silver has also varied across different months. In April, it opened at ₹2,78,000 per KG but settled at ₹2,73,000 by the end of the month. Similarly, in March, the opening rate was ₹3,33,000 per KG, which dropped to ₹2,63,000 by the end of the month.

It's worth noting that silver purity is typically expressed in fineness, with 999 fineness meaning 99.9% pure silver content. The final price of silver jewelry also includes making charges and a 3% GST on top of the base price.
