Ksi Lisims Secures 1Mt/Y LNG Supply Deal with Centrica

The Ksi Lisims LNG project in British Columbia has secured another major supply deal. Centrica, a UK utility company, has agreed to purchase 1 Mt/y (million tonnes per year) of super-chilled fuel from the project.

This new deal follows previous agreements with Middle Eastern buyers and highlights the growing momentum for Canadian natural gas exports. The Ksi Lisims LNG project had committed to supplying 9 out of its 12 Mt/y capacity, with the remaining 3 Mt/y available for other markets or contracts.
