Kutcho Copper Buys Nearby Claims for 150k Shares

Kutcho Copper Corp. (KC), an OTCQX-listed company, has announced the purchase of two mineral claims located near its Kutcho Project in British Columbia.

The claims cover approximately 68 hectares and were acquired from two arms-length prospectors for 150,000 common shares valued at $0.35 per share, which is the current market price.

The shares will be issued subject to a four-month hold period and require approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).
