Libya's Oil Output Reaches Normal Levels After Brief Disruption
Libya's oil production has returned to normal levels after a brief disruption caused by protests at three oil fields. The National Oil Corporation (NOC) confirmed that production conditions have stabilized without any further shutdowns expected.
The protests led security forces tasked with safeguarding Libya's oil sector to close a crucial valve on the main Hamada-Zawiya crude-loading pipeline, resulting in a complete halt of production at the Hamada, Tahara, and NC5 fields.
NOC Chairman Massoud Suleman assured that the incident would not lead to extended production disruptions, emphasizing that conditions are now normal once again.
