Lion Copper Rebrands, Consolidates Shares Amid Nasdaq Listing Push
Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (CSE: LEO) (OTCQB: LCGMF), a company advancing its flagship copper project in Yerington, Nevada, will undergo a name change to Lion Copper Corp. and a share consolidation on September 14, 2026.
The consolidation will reduce the number of issued and outstanding common shares from approximately 431 million to around 16 million, with no fractional shares being issued.
This move is intended to increase the quoted price per share to satisfy Nasdaq's initial listing requirements, which include a minimum bid price of $4 per share.
