PETRONAS LNG Ltd (PLL) is well-positioned to capture future growth in Asian liquefied natural gas demand, thanks to its diversified supply portfolio and expanding production capacity in Malaysia.

The company's chief executive officer, Ezran Mahadzir, stated that PETRONAS' integrated LNG portfolio, which includes established operations in Bintulu, Sarawak, as well as supplies from Canada and the upcoming Sabah facility, provides the flexibility and reliability required by Asian buyers.

According to Mahadzir, the commissioning of a new plant in Sabah next year will further enhance PETRONAS' ability to meet growing demand in Asia.
