MCX gold and silver prices rose on Tuesday due to healthy spot demand and positive global cues. The MCX gold October series increased by 0.42% to ₹1,53,461 per 10 grams, while MCX silver December contracts climbed 0.67% to ₹2,40,615 per kg.

International gold prices also saw gains as US gold futures for December delivery rose by 0.40% to $4,485.84 per troy ounce amid a decline in the US dollar and bond yields.

The US-Iran conflict remains a key trigger for gold prices, with Iran threatening 'economic warfare' against the United States and claiming it had fired an advanced missile at US warships.
