Middle East Conflict Disrupts Oil Shipments to India

Oil shipments to India have been disrupted due to renewed fighting in the Middle East.

At least two refiners, including state-run Bharat Petroleum Corp. and Indian Oil Corp., were forced to find alternative cargoes after planned deliveries didn't arrive on schedule.

Bharat Petroleum Corp. experienced delivery issues with four Persian Gulf cargoes that weren't delivered as scheduled in August, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not be named discussing commercial matters.
