A recent Israeli air strike in southern Lebanon killed 11 people, including two babies, despite an ongoing ceasefire. This comes after seven lives were claimed yesterday, with media reports indicating at least nine deaths in the region.
The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) have confirmed that a Hamas commander was killed on Sunday in an Israeli air strike on Gaza City. The commander, Yusuf Aqila, was targeted for orchestrating attacks against Israeli troops and civilians, as well as attempting to restore operational capabilities of the Palestinian Islamist movement.
