Middle East Tensions Fuel Second Consecutive Oil Price Rise
Oil prices rose for the second consecutive session on continued concerns over supply disruptions in the Middle East.
The latest data from the stock market shows that oil prices have increased, with various stocks such as OGDC and TRG witnessing significant gains.
OGDC, which represents a major oil company, saw its price rise by 0.77% to PKR 318.69 per share. Similarly, TRG, another energy-related stock, surged by 10.01% to PKR 57.72 per share.
The increase in oil prices can be attributed to ongoing tensions in the Middle East, which have led to concerns over supply disruptions and subsequent price hikes.
