Middle East Tensions Send Brent Crude Prices Soaring

Brent crude prices have surged amid escalating tensions in the Middle East.

The price increase followed reciprocal strikes between the US and Iran, leading to a rise in Brent crude futures on London's ICE exchange.

Brent crude November futures increased by more than 2.9% during trading, reaching $90.69 per barrel at its peak before settling at $90.46 per barrel (+2.68%).

In comparison, WTI October futures climbed 2.34% to $85.35 per barrel.
