Middle East Violence Drives Up Oil Prices Again
Oil prices continued their upward trend on Tuesday, rising 0.8% to $91.23 per barrel, as renewed violence in the Middle East increased uncertainty over the future of the conflict.
The latest escalation came after more than a month without major fighting in the Iran war, raising concerns about possible disruptions to oil supplies and global markets.
Brent crude, the international oil benchmark, rose 0.8% to $91.23 a barrel, while US benchmark crude rose 1% to $86.62 a barrel.
