Millions of Barrels Flow Through Strait of Hormuz Despite US-Iran Tensions

US President Donald Trump announced that millions of barrels of oil are still flowing through the Strait of Hormuz, despite tensions with Iran. He stated that the strait is open and under US control, with American forces clearing mines and monitoring maritime activity.

Trump claimed that US forces have the best minesweepers in the world, which have completely cleared the strait of mines. He also said that they are able to detect vessels attempting to lay mines and respond immediately.

The President added that Iran is unable to move goods through the waterway under the US blockade, stating 'Iran's not getting anything. Nothing is going through. Not one ship has gotten.'
