MNGL Boosts CNG and PNG Infrastructure in Pune Amid Growing Demand

Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL) is expanding its CNG and PNG infrastructure in Pune to meet growing demand.

The company currently has a robust network of 131 CNG stations, serving over 6 lakh vehicles with daily consumption of 14.0 Lacs standard cubic meters (SCMD).

MNGL plans to strengthen its gas distribution infrastructure by commissioning pipeline looping works in the Talegaon area and connecting an alternate gas supply source from PIL's East-West Pipeline.

The company is laying a 60 km steel trunk pipeline from Navhare to MNGL's Pune Geographical Area, providing an additional reliable source of natural gas.
